Court Approves Arrest of Narek Mutafyan

The court has recently approved the request for the arrest of Narek Mutafyan as a preventive measure. This information was provided by the spokesperson for the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Naira Harutyunyan.

It is noteworthy that charges have been filed against two individuals in connection with a criminal case being investigated regarding disrespectful behavior towards Judge Anna Danibekyan of the Yerevan First Instance General Jurisdiction Court by the Shengavit Investigative Division of the Investigative Committee of Armenia. A motion has been submitted to the court for their arrest as a preventive measure.
