New Renovations at Government Summer Residences

The newspaper «Hraparak» reports that there is ongoing construction at the Kondi summer residences, where the families of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Ararat Mirzoyan are currently living. Our sources have confirmed that the residence previously occupied by Serzh Sargsyan is undergoing extensive renovations.

Only the outer walls of the building are being retained, with changes made to the layout, design, and everything inside. Since the management authority of the ‘Kondi Summer Residences’ State Non-Commercial Organization has been transferred to the government staff, we reached out to the government for comments.

Officials there stated that during the course of 2019, not only Serzh Sargsyan’s residence but also a total of eight other residences, plus the boiler house, are being subjected to ongoing renovations. When asked what this was due to, they replied, “This is related to current renovations; this is an economy where ongoing renovation issues arise, such as drainage and improvement, etc.” For more details, see today’s issue of the newspaper.
