Major Accident on Isakov Avenue, Casualties Reported

On September 27 at 02:22 AM, the Emergency Hotline received a call reporting a traffic accident on Isakov Avenue in Yerevan, near the police forces. There were casualties, and assistance from rescuers was needed.

A firefighting team from the Yerevan Rescue Department was dispatched to the scene. It was discovered that a Mercedes E320 vehicle (driver's details could not be determined) had veered off the roadway and collided with a billboard post. The driver managed to exit the vehicle independently.

Rescuers removed the passenger (details not available) from the car and assisted them to an ambulance. The injured parties were hospitalized at Astghik Medical Center.

The rescuers also deactivated the vehicle and closed the valve of the gas cylinder.
