It’s Pleasant That You Personally Assess the Achievements of Years: Artsakh State Minister

On September 20, the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Grigori Martirosyan, received a delegation of benefactors from the "Armenia" All-Armenian Fund, headed by the executive director of the organization in the U.S., Greg Boyrazian. As reported by the information and public relations department of the State Minister's office, topics related to the cooperation between the government and the "Armenia" Fund, as well as the strengthening of ties between the homeland and the diaspora, were discussed against the backdrop of the ongoing and completed work by the All-Armenian organization.

State Minister Grigori Martirosyan emphasized the active participation of the fund's donors, namely benefactors residing in the United States, in the development programs of the Armenian second state, particularly in the areas of economic, social, and infrastructure modernization.

In his speech, Grigori Martirosyan specifically noted, "Your presence here today enriches and validates your years of dedication towards solving numerous problems in Artsakh. It is sufficient to mention the growing volumes over the years of water supply, roadways, housing, school, and kindergarten construction through the All-Armenian organization. It is pleasant and important that while being in the Armenian second state, you are personally assessing the achievements of years. Thousands of kilometers separate you from the farmer living in Artsakh and the soldier guarding the border, yet this distance is merely geographic; you continue to remain by everyone's side."

During the meeting, the state minister provided detailed responses to the questions raised by the delegation of around 50 benefactors concerning economic development, investment policies, social programs, resettlement policies, and various issues related to the country's life activities.
