Artsakh Breaks Through Political, Informational and Psychological Isolation Imposed by Azerbaijan
On September 20, a declaration of friendship was signed between the Hadrut region of the Republic of Artsakh and the Isère department of the French Republic. The ceremonial signing took place in the conference hall of the Isère prefecture in Grenoble.
According to the information and public relations department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, the declaration was signed by the head of the Hadrut regional administration Kamo Petrosyan and the President of the Isère departmental council Jean-Pierre Barbier. This is the fourteenth agreement signed between administrative units of France and Artsakh.
Present at the signing ceremony were the representative of the Republic of Artsakh in France, Hovhannes Gevorgyan, the Deputy Consul of Armenia in the region Gayane Manukyan, employees of the prefecture, representatives of the Armenian community, and journalists.
Hovhannes Gevorgyan emphasized that the signed agreements not only provide opportunities for cooperation in the fields of education, culture, and humanitarian efforts but also serve as bridges of friendship between peoples, through which Artsakh breaks through the political, informational, and psychological isolation that Azerbaijan is trying to impose on it at all costs.
