Who Will Replace Valeri Osipyan? One Name Under Discussion

The newspaper «Zhoghavorud» reports: «Yesterday, the Chief of the Armenian Police, Valeri Osipyan, submitted his resignation. According to information from the ruling party's executive board, there is one candidate being discussed to replace Osipyan: Vilen Gabrielyan, known online as the 'Boat Rocker'.

Earlier, we reported that during yesterday's meeting of the Security Council, among other issues, the question of the further tenure of Police Chief Valeri Osipyan was decided. Accordingly, a decision was made for him to resign.»
