VIDEO: New Trash Bins Fall from Vehicle's Trunk

A Facebook user, Gevorg Hovhannisyan, released a video showing a group of new trash bins falling from a vehicle's trunk. He commented, 'The presence of wheels under the movable load should remind one that the cargo should have been secured properly. Yerevan has barely received new trash bins,' and noted that the incident occurred at the Tumanyan-Mashtots intersection.

According to Hakob Karapetyan, the spokesperson for the mayor of Yerevan, the bins were not damaged. 'The rented vehicle from the Central Administrative District's staff made a bit of an unfortunate turn, which resulted in several bins falling out. Witnesses stated that the silver 'Opel' seen in the footage was not damaged. The trash bins also remain intact. One could consider this a good quality test for the bins. They have been successfully placed at the Tumanyan-Spendiaryan corner,' he added. He emphasized that the vehicle transporting the bins was rented.
