Nothing Will Change as Long as the Police Love Gold License Plates, Says Lusine Haroyan
Co-chair of the All-Armenian National Accord, Lusine Haroyan, wrote on her Facebook page: "Nothing will change in our country, absolutely nothing, as long as there are such individuals who believe they have the right to stand and block cars from entering a major street, and as long as the police have a fondness for gold license plates."
