No Court Decision on Opening Amulsar Roads, Says Vardanyan

There is no court decision regarding the opening of the closed roads to Amulsar. Environmental lawyer Nazeli Vardanyan stated this in an interview with NEWS.am, responding to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's claim that there is a court ruling on the matter.

"This ruling did not concern the opening of the roads. The decision was about freeing the lands owned by the 'Lydian' company. There were trailer cabins placed there, it was found that about 2 meters had been encroached upon, and the company demanded the release of their land; the ruling has already been executed, and the 'posts' are no longer on their property," she noted.

The environmental lawyer expressed her confusion over the fact that someone is delivering misinformation to the Prime Minister, resulting in the current confusion surrounding this issue.

It is recalled that during a press conference in Vanadzor, the Prime Minister, when asked about Amulsar, mentioned that there is an administrative court ruling regarding the opening of the roads to Amulsar.
