Newly Appointed Spokesperson Departs NSS Alongside Vanetsyan

On September 10, by the order of Arthur Vanetsyan, the former director of the National Security Service of Armenia, Vahagn Boyajyan was appointed as the head of the NSS press center, replacing Samson Galstyan.

However, it seems he did not hold the position for long. ArmDaily.am contacted Boyajyan to clarify the news about the arrest of the head of the Kosh penitentiary, but learned that he is no longer working at the NSS.

He did not provide details on why he left, but it is likely that he also exited the system following the resignation of former NSS director Vanetsyan.
