According to Shamshyan.com, on September 12, officers from the criminal investigation department of the Nor Nork police unit detained 32-year-old Sergey Hovhannisyan, a resident of the Avan administrative district, on suspicion of theft.

He is suspected of stealing a speed camera installed on the sidewalk in front of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy around 00:30 on September 12, using technical means.
