7 Fires Reported in Grasslands

On September 11, four alerts were received at the National Center for Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations regarding wildfires in various grassland areas across the republic, covering approximately 200 square meters or more.

This was reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

Specifically, in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan, a fire affected 1500 square meters; in the Erebuni administrative district, 200 square meters; in the village of Tairnov in the Armavir region, 2000 square meters; and in the village of Mrdzavan, 3000 square meters.

The firefighters have isolated and extinguished the fires.
