Man Falls onto Metro Station Tracks and Dies

A man has died after falling from the platform at the "University" station of the Sokolnicheskaya line of the Moscow metro, reports ria.ru, citing the press service of the Moscow Metro police.

"Around 11:15 AM, a young man fell from the platform at the 'University' station of the Sokolnicheskaya line of the Moscow metro. Officers on duty at the station immediately called for an ambulance, which upon arrival confirmed the passenger's death," the statement said.
