Major Fire at Boulevard Hotel: Six Firefighting Units Respond to Incident
Today, September 11, at 06:54 AM, the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations received a call from the "911" service reporting smoke at the Boulevard Hotel, located at 37 Buzand Street in Yerevan.
A total of six firefighting units were dispatched to the scene with a complexity level 2 alarm, along with an emergency response team from the National Center for Crisis Management.
It was determined that the fire occurred in the hotel's basement near the laundry room, where approximately 3 square meters of property, including a washing machine, dryer, towels, and other items, were burned.
The fire was contained by 07:13 AM and extinguished by 07:21 AM.
In total, 38 guests and 8 staff members were evacuated from the hotel's 19 rooms, and there are no reported injuries.
