Hunter Accidentally Shoots Woman in the Neck in Getashen

On September 10, at 16:55, the police station in Armavir received a report that a woman working in the fields of Getashen was injured by a stray bullet fired carelessly by a hunter.

It was revealed that around 16:50 on the same day, a 48-year-old resident of Nalbandyan village accidentally shot a 65-year-old woman from Getashen in the neck while hunting with a firearm registered in his name alongside a neighbor. The woman did not seek medical assistance.

Forensic and medical examinations have been scheduled. Two men from Nalbandyan village have presented their hunting rifles registered in their names to the police and provided confessional testimonies. The investigation is underway.
