Body of 23-Year-Old Russian Citizen Alexander Babushkin Found in Gyumri
A mysterious incident occurred in the Shirak region yesterday, September 10. Around 11:55 AM, the police received a call from the emergency medical service in Gyumri, reporting that the duty group had been dispatched to an apartment in Building 32 of the Mush 2 neighborhood, where they discovered the body of 23-year-old Russian citizen Alexander Babushkin.
According to shamshyan.com, the operational team of the Mush police department, along with investigators from the Shirak regional investigative department of Armenia's Investigative Committee, arrived at the scene. A forensic doctor was also called, who, upon examining the body, noted that there were scratches found on the face, right hand, and right foot during the external examination of the corpse.
A forensic medical examination has been commissioned by the investigator of the Shirak regional investigative department in connection with the incident. According to information provided by G. Shamshyan, A. Babushkin served as a contract soldier at the Russian 102nd military base located in Gyumri and held the rank of sergeant.
