Pashinyan Quotes Observer Assessment in Artsakh

Pashinyan quoted the assessment of the "Informed Citizens Union" regarding the observer mission during the local elections in Artsakh. He stated on his Facebook page, "We did not record any flagrant violations: the violations were due to ignorance rather than oversight. All recorded violations combined did not affect the election results. We can clearly state that voters had all the legal means and opportunities to exercise their voting rights. In none of the polling stations we observed was there recorded an attempt to falsify the results during the counting process," he emphasized.
