Pashinyan Congratulates the People of Artsakh on Local Government Elections

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated the people of Artsakh on his Facebook page in connection with the local government elections.

“I congratulate the heroic people of Artsakh on holding free, fair, and competitive elections for local self-government bodies. I also congratulate all the elected candidates and wish them fruitful work for the benefit of the homeland and the people. I also congratulate the organizations that carried out observer missions during the elections, whose activities, by common assessment, contributed to the improvement of the quality of the elections,” he noted.
