Barn Adjacent to House Caught Fire, Pigs Inside

On September 8, at 18:49, the emergency hotline received a report of a fire that broke out in one of the houses on Shirakatsi Street in Vardashen village, Ararat Province.

Two firefighting units from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained by 20:10 and extinguished by 01:55.

The barn adjacent to the house was burned down, along with two pigs that were inside and 300 kilograms of feed that were stored there.
