Constitutional Court Publishes Full Decision on Robert Kocharian's Application

The Constitutional Court has published the full decision regarding the application of the second President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharian.

It is reminded that based on Robert Kocharian's application, a partial decision regarding the compliance of Articles 35 and 135, Part 2 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia with the constitution was published days ago.
