Suspect in the Murder of 'Masivtsi Andik' Declared Wanted
A suspect in the murder of 'Masivtsi Andik', a Russian citizen, has been declared wanted. This information was provided to 'Pasinform' by the press office of the Investigative Committee.
It is noted that he has been involved as an accused in the criminal case under two specific articles of the RA Criminal Code: part 2, point 6 of article 104, which pertains to murder committed in a dangerous manner to many lives, and part 1 of article 235, concerning illegal acquisition and possession of weapons and ammunition.
Regarding the other defendant, who assisted in the murder, the Investigative Committee informed us that he has been detained, and charges have been brought against him under part 2, point 8 of article 38-104 of the RA Criminal Code, which relates to assisting in murder for mercenary motives.
We recall that on July 2, 2019, at 23:10, the New Nork Police Department received a call from the 'St. Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center' reporting that a man named Andranik Harutyunyan, born in 1973, known as 'Masivtsi Andik', had been brought in with a gunshot wound.
