Criminal Case Initiated Over Disruption of Arms Supply Tender by Russian Company

A representative of the company "Orsis Arms," registered and based in Armenia, lawyer Alexander Sirunyan, has filed a report regarding the rejection of their application to participate in a closed periodic tender by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia for a large batch of military supplies, citing false reasons by the evaluating commission. Naïra Harutyunyan, the spokesperson for the Investigative Committee, informed SHANTNEWS.am about this.

Based on the report, a criminal case was initiated under Article 376, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Armenia on August 17, 2019, as prepared materials indicated signs of a criminal offense. The preliminary investigation of the criminal case is ongoing.
