No governors in Armenia smoke, according to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who shared this interesting information on his Facebook page.
“The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, as well as the mayors of Yerevan and Gyumri, also do not smoke,” he noted.
