Experts Rank the Best Cities for Parties

Experts from the Lonely Planet portal have compiled a ranking of the best cities for partying. At the top of the list is Belgrade, Serbia.

The experts note that Belgrade is so diverse that every tourist will find an interesting party there. Numerous events are organized in all the clubs, bars, and various venues throughout the city.

The city also stands out for its quite "democratic" prices; a liter of beer costs $2, while affordable accommodation is available for $30 on weekends.

Coming in second is Playa del Carmen, Mexico, followed by Singapore in third place. The top 10 also includes St. Petersburg, Tokyo, Seoul, Istanbul, Bangkok, Buenos Aires, and Cabo San Lucas in Mexico.
