Support President Trump, Donate $25: Trump's Party Releases T-Shirts Featuring Greenland as Part of the U.S.

The National Committee of the Republican Party, which is responsible for fundraising for the party, has posted a photo of a T-shirt on its website. The image depicts a map of the United States with Greenland attached.

“Support President Trump in his efforts for America's prosperity. Donate $25, and we will send you one of the limited edition T-shirts,” the announcement states.

On August 16, it became known that Donald Trump was considering the possibility of buying Greenland. He discussed this idea with consultants who deemed such a plan “economically feasible.”

The Danish government, which includes Greenland, was surprised by the U.S. president's intentions. After receiving a rejection to sell the island, Trump postponed his planned visit to Denmark, to which Copenhagen responded that he could “not come at all.”

Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, commenting on the proposal to sell the island to the U.S., said, “Greenland is not for sale. Greenland belongs to Greenland. I truly hope this is all just an April Fool’s joke.”
