Explosion in Afghanistan During Wedding Ceremony Leaves 63 Dead
The number of casualties from the explosion that occurred during a wedding celebration in Kabul has risen to 63, with another 180 individuals injured, according to RBC, citing Tolo News.
According to Nusrat Rahimi, spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior, the attacker detonated himself. The Taliban movement has claimed responsibility for the attack.
The explosion took place last night at a wedding ceremony held at the Shahr-e-Dubai event hall, where dozens of individuals, including women and children, were present.
