Studies of Teghut Tailings Dam to Begin in September, Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures

The Armenian government is keeping a close eye on the process initiated by Teghut LLC for conducting geotechnical and hydrogeological studies of the tailings dam, as well as researching the stability of the dam. This information comes from the public relations department of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia.

Representatives of Teghut LLC have announced that a contract has already been signed with a Bulgarian company to carry out necessary research measures for the study of the dam's stability. The company has informed that the work will commence in the first days of September with the arrival of Bulgarian specialists.

The entire examination process will be under their direct supervision, and the results are expected to be ready within the next 7-8 months.
