"I have repeatedly stated that in order to stop the inertia inherited from previous governments in the field of environmental protection and to transition to results-oriented management, it is essential first to organize and stabilize the management system. The first urgent actions required for this are:

1. To provide primary reliable information regarding biodiversity, specifically ecosystems, and their plant and animal resources. Eliminate the use of old, questionable information, and if no alternative exists, only after verifying its reliability.
2. To diagnose and evaluate the existing management system and based on that, implement structural and organizational reforms.
3. To ensure transparency in results-oriented management.

No steps are being taken regarding the above-mentioned points. Not to mention that their implementation is hindered by... Why do I primarily highlight the existing management issues with regard to Sevan? If our subjective interest as consumers in Sevan is greater than our concern and care for it, then we are faced with numerous challenges and still have much to do.
