Temperature in the Republic to Rise by 4-5 Degrees

The weather on August 12 in the territory of the Republic is expected to be dry during the daytime, with no precipitation from the 13th to the 17th. The wind will be from the northwest at 3-8 m/s.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia reports that in the evening hours, a wind intensification is expected in Kotayk, in the foothills of Aragatsotn, and in Armavir, reaching 15-20 m/s.

The air temperature during the daytime from August 14 to 17 will rise by 4-5 degrees. In Yerevan, on August 12 during the day, dry weather is expected, with similar wind intensification in the evening hours at 15-20 m/s.

In the upcoming 5 days, high fire risk situations are anticipated in valley and foothill areas.
