No More Bribery at HPU: Students Must Study, Says Acting Rector Ruben Hayrapetyan

The acting rector of the HPU, Ruben Hayrapetyan, announced during a press conference today that bribery has been eliminated at the university. In other words, students can no longer receive grades through connections or financial means.

This policy change is reportedly why several students have recently ceased their studies.

During the meeting with reporters, Hayrapetyan admitted that there are issues within the theoretical section of his dissertation, but he noted that his research has been published in international journals. He emphasized that his dissertation has been subjected to 'diversion attempts.'
