Hearing on Samvel Babayan's Case Postponed
Today, under the chairmanship of Judge Gagik Poghosyan, the general jurisdiction court of Yerevan resumed the hearing of the case involving Samvel Babayan, the former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army. Babayan was present at the hearing.
The state prosecutor Aram Aramyan requested to involve a public defender for the two defendants, Sanasar Gabrielyan and Armen Poghosyan, as they did not have public defenders. For this reason, the court postponed the hearing.
It is noteworthy that Samvel Babayan has a lawyer, Aram Glechyan.
The court hearing is rescheduled for October 21 at 12:00 PM.
