VIDEO: 26 Individuals Detained in Syunik

Law enforcement officers of the Syunik regional department of the police and its subordinate units have conducted intensified operations aimed at preventing and revealing crimes and offenses. A total of 26 individuals were detained on various suspicions and for displaying inappropriate behavior in public places.

Preventive explanatory work has been carried out with previously convicted individuals residing in the region.

During the intensified service, instances of criminal activity have been uncovered. Three vehicles loaded with timber were moved to the special location of the Goris police department. The drivers did not present documents confirming the legality of the cargo.

Additionally, during the two-day intensified service, 94 violations of various traffic rules were detected, for which reports were compiled.
