Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan Presents Armenia's Strategic Objectives Project Until 2050
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has presented the project outlining Armenia's strategic objectives until 2050. In a post on his Facebook page, he noted the following:
- To increase Armenia's population to at least 5 million.
- Create 1.5 million jobs, ensure employment for at least 2.5 million people, and eliminate poverty.
- Transform Armenia into an industrial nation, increasing the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by 15 times.
- Have at least 5 technology companies valued at over $10 billion and 10,000 employees in startups.
- Increase the average salary sevenfold.
- Place in the top 20 countries in the world for military readiness.
- Have one of the 10 most effective intelligence services in the world.
- Ensure 100% accessibility of healthcare services, increasing healthcare funding by 20 times.
- Make education a national lifestyle, increasing funding for education and science by 20 times.
- Increase the number of tourists visiting Armenia to 15 million.
- Make the national football team a medalist in Europe and/or the world championships, achieve 25 Olympic gold medals, and claim the title of World Chess Champion.
