Earthquake in Indonesia Claims One Life
An earthquake measuring 6.8 on the Richter scale has resulted in one death and six injuries in Indonesia, according to the Straits Times. The fatality was reported in the Lebak region.
The earthquake struck on the island of Java, causing the collapse of 113 buildings. Following the tremor, approximately 1,000 individuals have been evacuated.
