Accident near Gosh village involving the Garni kindergarten collective leaves 18 injured

According to Shamshyan.com, 18 people sustained injuries as a result of the accident. It is reported that the driver lost control of the vehicle while traveling in the administrative area of Gosh village on the Dilijan-Chambarak road, crashed into concrete columns, and ended up in a ravine.

Witnesses at the scene stated that the vehicle was carrying staff from the Garni kindergarten in the Kotayk province, who were on their way to Goshavanq. More than 25 passengers were also aboard the bus.

Earlier, it became known that on August 3, at 13:00, the 911 service received a call reporting a traffic accident on the Dilijan-Goshavanq highway, requesting the assistance of rescuers. Two firefighting crews from the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene.

According to preliminary information, eight individuals have been hospitalized at the Dilijan Medical Center. Further information will be provided.
