VIDEO: How Shushi Melo's Range Rover Flees the Scene of an Incident on the Yerevan-Sevan Highway

A video has been published online showing how a Range Rover owned by former MP and businessman Melik Manukyan makes a hasty escape from the scene of an explosion on the Yerevan-Sevan highway, blatantly violating regulations. The footage reveals that law enforcement officials present at the scene attempt to obstruct the vehicle's departure but are unsuccessful.

Today, an explosion occurred in the area of the Yerevan-Sevan highway known as Ardzvi T'aver. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 34-104, Part 2, Point 6 of the RA Criminal Code, which defines an attempt to murder in a manner dangerous to many lives, and under Article 235, Part 1, which defines the illegal acquisition and possession of weapons and ammunition.
