67-year-old pedestrian injured in Yerevan by 42-year-old driver has died in hospital

Today, July 31, at the Saint Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center, a 67-year-old resident of the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan, Tzovinar P., has died.

According to Shamshyan.com, she was hospitalized on July 20 after being hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Paruir Sevak and Rubinyants streets in Yerevan. On that day, around 22:10, a 42-year-old resident of the Nor Nork administrative district, Arthur K., struck Tzovinar P. with his Volkswagen Touareg, license plate number 35 VD 926, which led to her hospitalization.

According to the source, a criminal case has been initiated today by decision of A. Tevosyan under article 242, part 2 of the Criminal Code of Armenia, and the case has been transferred to the Road Traffic Crimes Investigation Division of the Investigative Committee of Armenia's Yerevan office.
