Citizen Threatens to Jump from Tower in Artashat

On July 29 at 18:46, the "911" service received a report that a citizen had climbed to the top of a tower belonging to "VivaCell-MTS" on Marx Street at the edge of Artashat, Ararat Province, and was attempting to commit suicide by jumping from the tower.
