Suspect Detained in Attack on Armenian Hairstylist in St. Petersburg
Law enforcement in the Krasnogvardeisky district of St. Petersburg, Russia, has apprehended a suspect who allegedly stabbed an Armenian citizen multiple times. This information was reported by 'Bezformat'.
As previously reported by 'Moika78', a 41-year-old Armenian national working as a hairstylist in St. Petersburg was hospitalized on July 20 from a residence at 38 Nashtavniki Street. Doctors diagnosed him with penetrating stab wounds to the chest and abdomen, and his condition is serious.
Following operational and investigative measures, police detained a 42-year-old unemployed individual, also a citizen of Armenia. He is accused of delivering two knife strikes to the victim during a sudden dispute that arose around 2 a.m. on July 20.
A criminal case has been initiated for causing deliberate serious harm to health, and a signature has been taken from the suspect to ensure his presence.
