Emergency Incident in Tavush Province: Russian-Plated Car Catches Fire

Today, on July 22, an extraordinary incident occurred in Tavush Province. At around 05:25, a fire broke out under still unknown circumstances in a Peugeot Partner vehicle with the license plate 738 KM 99rus. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, preliminary information indicates that the fire started near the beginning of the village of Aygehovit.

Firefighters from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' Number 62 Fire and Rescue Unit arrived at the scene with one combat unit. Despite their efforts to extinguish the fire, they were unable to put it out, and the vehicle was completely reduced to ashes.

According to G. Shamshyan's reports, the driver, Harutyun Grigoryan, fortunately, did not suffer any injuries. An operational group from the Ijevan division of the police also arrived at the scene.
