On May 24, 2019, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) parliamentary group, Gagik Tsarukyan, submitted his annual declaration for 2018 to the Ethics Commission of High-Ranking Officials, according to Armtimes.com.

In 2018, Tsarukyan acquired shares worth 11,400 AMD, which did not change by the end of the year. During the tax year, he purchased three different shares worth 25,000 AMD, 42,500 AMD, 27,000 RUB, and 50,000 RUB, which remained unchanged by year-end. At the beginning of the tax year, Tsarukyan had an additional share worth 5,000 RUB, which he sold during the tax period. At the beginning of the tax year, he also had 60,042,829 AMD worth of shares and purchased another share worth 5,982,786,171 AMD, resulting in a total of 6,042,829,000 AMD worth of shares by the end of the year.

As per his declaration when he assumed office in 2017, Tsarukyan owns 13 real estate properties including 5 houses, 1 garden house, and 7 land plots. The BHK group leader also owns 12 expensive vehicles, including brands such as TOYOTA LAND CRUISER PRADO V6 4.0, BMW X5 4.4 I, JEEP WRANGLER 4.0, ROLLS-ROYCE PHANTOM 6.7, NISSAN PATROL 3.0, RANGE ROVER SPORT 4.4, and others.

Tsarukyan’s wife, Javahir Tsarukyan, acquired three luxury items in 2018: a pearl necklace for 25,000 USD, a diamond necklace and earrings for 380,000 EUR, and a ring and earrings with emerald for 300,000 USD.

At the beginning of the year, Javahir Tsarukyan had 15,815,000 AMD, 21,500 USD, and 9,150 EUR. By year-end, her wealth increased to 20,451,000 AMD, 30,300 USD, and 12,000 EUR.

In 2018, Javahir Tsarukyan also received two donations amounting to 12 million AMD and income from dividends worth 218,834 EUR.
