Deliberate Scandal to Obtain Support from Samvel Karapetian: "Pasts"
The newspaper "Pasts" reports: "It became known yesterday that a businessman named Vahe Parazyan has reported to the Investigation Committee, leading to charges against Narek Karapetian, the nephew of the owner of the "Tashir" company, Samvel Karapetian, as well as his friend.
According to sources from the "Pasts" daily, the alleged victim, Vahe Parazyan, was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison in Russia for kidnapping and torture. Well-informed sources indicate that Parazyan, who was released on bail, intentionally incited a scandal surrounding the name of Samvel Karapetian's nephew to receive support from him in exchange for withdrawing his complaint with the law enforcement authorities, in order to evade criminal liability in Russia.
However, according to our sources, the Karapetians declined Parazyan's proposed "barter," after which he began giving interviews, presenting himself as a victim.
