An explosion occurred in Israel at a factory belonging to a company that sells weapons to Azerbaijan, located in one of the residential areas near the capital, Tel Aviv. The incident took place at the Israel Military Industries (IMI) facility, specifically in the production section for smoke grenades, resulting in a massive plume of smoke.
According to reports from rescue services, there have been no human casualties. Despite the large volume of smoke, preliminary data indicates that no harm has come to the workers in the factory.
This company is known for producing a range of Israeli firearms, including the iconic “Uzi” and “Galil” pistols, as well as “Tavor” automatic rifles and other armaments, including the LAR-160 multiple rocket launcher systems sold to Azerbaijan.
