Has Anything Changed? "Bureaucratic" Water Replaced by "Aparan Water" in the National Assembly
According to the newspaper "Hraparak", the National Assembly staff has abandoned the "Bureaucratic" water owned by Ashot Arsenyan. For several days now, not only have new water dispensers been installed in the corridors of Parliament, but the water brand has also been changed. "Bureaucratic" is being replaced by "Aparan Water."
Remember that before the revolution, the water supplier for the National Assembly was Ruben Hayrapetyan's "Noi" company. Months after the revolution, they refused the services of Hayrapetyan, and for several months the parliament was consuming "Bureaucratic" water.
Apparently, power has also drifted away from Ashot Arsenyan, as for the past few days, "Aparan Water" has been consumed in parliament. Tigran Galstyan, the head of the National Assembly staff, informed us that a tender has been announced, and the company that won the tender is supplying water with new dispensers. "I can't even remember the name," he said, and did not elaborate on which specific companies participated and were declared the winners. Galstyan only recalled that the competition was announced early last year.
