Criminal Case Filed in Russia Against Mikhail Khachatryan by Khachatryan Sisters

The Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case against Mikhail Khachatryan, regarding the killing for which his three daughters had been arrested. According to reports from the BBC, signs of sexual violence have been found in the actions of the sisters' father.

The case against Mikhail Khachatryan has been filed under articles 117, 132, and 133 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. One of the sisters, Kristina Khachatryan, has had her lawyer, Alexey Lipsker, confirm this information in a conversation with TASS.
