587 MW of Electricity Already Supplied, Says Tigran Avinyan
Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan announced on his Facebook page that during the power supply system failure today, with a demand of 830 MW, electricity production fell to 287 MW, or 35% of demand.
“As a result of recovery efforts, 587 MW of electricity is already being supplied, which constitutes about 70% of demand. After the re-commissioning of the Yerevan Thermal Power Plant or the 5th energy block of Hrazdan, the issues will be completely resolved. Work is ongoing at this moment,” Tigran Avinyan wrote and attached an image to the post.
