Former Deputy Minister of Health Arsen Davtyan to be released on bail of 15,000,000 AMD

Today, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan (presided by A. Matevosyan) granted the motion of lawyers Tigran Ghazaryan and Yerem Davtyan from the law office "Ghazaryan and Partners" to replace the detention of former Deputy Minister of Health Arsen Davtyan with bail, setting the bail amount at 15,000,000 AMD.

This information was reported by the law firm "Ghazaryan and Partners." Following the payment of the established amount and presenting proof of payment to the investigating authority, Arsen Davtyan will be released from custody.

It is reminded that on April 2 of this year, the court decided to detain the former Deputy Minister of Health, Arsen Davtyan. The National Security Service has charged him with receiving a bribe in particularly large amounts.
