Video: One Meter Thick Hail Layer in Mexico
The city of Guadalajara in Mexico is covered by a thick layer of ice following a severe hailstorm.
Photos released by news outlets show that the ice has coated most of the roads, halting traffic, and several vehicles are almost completely buried under the ice. Many buildings have sustained damage. Residents are receiving assistance from military personnel.
