Former Prosecutors in Court

Ten years after their dismissal from the office of the Prosecutor General of Armenia, former prosecutors are approaching the court to return to the system. According to the "Zhoghavor" newspaper, on June 21, 2019, Mariam Danielyan filed a petition with the Administrative Court of Armenia, demanding that the court annul the 2009 decision by the Prosecutor General of Armenia regarding the imposition of disciplinary sanctions and her dismissal from the position.
