Bako Sahakyan Completes the Security System in Artsakh

The newspaper "Past" writes: "Recently, it became known that by the order of Bako Sahakyan, Arshavir Gharamyan has been appointed as the secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, having been relieved of his position as the representative of the President of Artsakh for special assignments.

According to experts, Gharamyan's appointment is a unique continuation of the recent appointments that took place in Artsakh. It should be noted that Levon Mnatsakanian was appointed as the chief of police of Artsakh just a few days ago, and Mikael Arzumanyan as the deputy commander of the Defense Army.

With Gharamyan's appointment, Bako Sahakyan has completed the general security system under one unified mechanism. Compared to previous appointments, General Gharamyan's role is perhaps the most decisive. We can certainly state that this appointment implies a significant increase in the strengthening of security. It is also evident that since the Republic of Armenia and Artsakh operate within a single security framework, the strengthening of this block in Artsakh also signifies the bolstering of Armenia's security.
